Dan has 17 years of experience in the digital marketing space, He has dedicated his career to helping small businesses thrive. Dan owned a successful digital marketing agency in Chicago for 11 years, where he was a Google Premier Partner and consulted hundreds of small businesses on scaling their operations through effective sales, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
As the owner of Lori K Bath, He grew the company with his business partner Ron Knoche to $9.6 million in sales in just six years, with over 50% of that revenue driven by online marketing efforts alone. His expertise lies in digital marketing to drive growth, and empowering small businesses to succeed in today’s fast moving competitive landscape.
Outside of work, Dan loves boating, snow skiing, and playing pool. He enjoys reading, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with his family and close friends.

Ron has 36 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He began his career in installation in 1989 working along side his father for 5 years before coming his own crew leader. After 18 years of installing Ron moved into a management role building successful installation teams for other companies. In 2018 Ron and his new business partner Dan O’Callaghan founded Lori K Bath. Ron and Dan grew Lori K bath from a start up to a 9.6 million dollar business is 6 short years.
Outside of work Ron enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Eric Gilbert has over 25 years of lead generation and in home sales experience in the home improvement space. As a business owner Eric understands the trials facing owners and has a passion to help others succeed.
